The ring weighs 14.1 grams, size 6, there are 18 Natural Round Brilliant cut Diamonds weighing approximately ~0.5 ct, E-G in color, VS1-VS2 in Clarity & 125 natural Round Cut sapphires weighing approximately ~4.3 ct, Graduated Orange to Yellow Color (the sapphires are not tested for heat treatment) , set in Pave settings. The Stones Measuring 1.7-2.2mm in diameter.

The top of the ring is 36.1 x 29.5mm. The ring is stamped "18K 750" on the inside of the ring.
