The pendant weighs 1.2 grams with measurements of 18.3 mm wide, 20.2 mm (24.6 mm with bail) long & 2.3 mm thick. The pendant contains 28 Natural Round Single Cut diamonds weighing ~0.2 ct, G-I in color, and VS2-SI2 in clarity.
The cross is stamped "10k".
