The ring weighs 7.8 grams, size 6.5, with a center stone that is a Natural Round Brilliant Cut Diamond weighing ~0.17 ct, G-H in color, SI1 in clarity. There are also 20 Natural Round Brilliant Cut Side Diamonds weighing ~0.60 ct total weight, H-I in color, SI2-I1 in clarity & 9 Gem Grades Marquise Shaped Rubies weighing ~1 ct, the rubies are heat-treated, which is common for rubies.
The ring is stamped "14K" and "7429" on the other side.
