There are also 88 (44 per earring) Natural Round Brilliant Cut Diamonds weighing approximately 0.61 ct total weight, E-G in color and VVS-VS2 in clarity (most are VVS1-VS2) . 

The diameter of the earrings is ~14.3-13mm, 4.8 mm thick & both earrings weigh 5.4 grams.
