The ring weighs 4.4 grams, size 6 (French 52), the center stone is a Natural Emerald Cut diamond weighing 3.10 ct, F in color, VVS2 in clarity, EXCELLENT Cut, EXCELLENT Polish, VERY GOOD Symmetry and NONE fluorescence. 

The measurements of the center diamond are 9.13 - 7.78 x 5.01 mm. The diamond has GIA inscription "GIA 216683****". 

There are 24 Round Brilliant Cut Diamonds weighing approximately 0.34 ct, F+ in color, VS+ in clarity.

The ring is stamped "Pt 950  52   843*** Cartier".

The ring is comes with GIA Certificate, Cartier ring box. This ring was made before the 90's where Cartier was using hand engraving for the hallmark & serial #.

The current retail replacement at Cartier is approximately $170,000 + Tax.
