You are Buying an Authentic Tiffany & Co. Platinum Novo® 3.18 ct Cushion Cut Diamond Engagement Ring 

The ring weighs 4.6 grams, size 3.75 (can be resized), the center stone is a Natural Cushion Cut Diamond weighing 3.02 ct, H in color, VVS2 in clarity, Excellent Cut, Very Good Symmetry, Very Good Polish, with Crown inscription "T&Co.Q0804****". 

There are 16 Natural Round Brilliant Cut side diamonds weighing ~0.16 ct, D-G in color & IF-VS2 in clarity.

 The ring is stamped "©TIFFANY & CO. PT950" and "6373**** D 3.02 CT" to indicate the weight of the center diamond. 

The ring comes with copy of Tiffany & Co. Diamond Certificate, Valuation Report from 2019 & T&Co. inner & outer box, in excellent condition. 

The current retail replacement value is around $115,000 + tax, the valuation report from 2019 value was $103,500.
