This diamond looks as big as many 2.5 ct pear-shaped diamonds.

There are 48 Round Brilliant Cut side diamonds weighing ~0.31 ct total weight, D-F color, & VVS-VS1 in clarity. The top width is 14.2 mm, the height is 6.1 mm.
