There are 20 Natural Round Brilliant Cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.60 ct total weight, H-I in color, SI2-I1 in clarity. Also 9 Gem Grades Marquise Shaped Rubies weighing ~1 ct. The ring is stamped "14K" and "7429" on the other side.
