The brooch weighs 8.2 grams, 27.7mm (1.08" Inches) wide, 35.5 mm tall, 8.9 mm thick, there is a Natural Round Brilliant Cut Diamond weighing ~0.04 ct, G+ in color, VS+ in clarity.  

We just purchased a package of Vintage gold Tiffany & Co Jewelry from an estate. Most of these are from the 1970s-1980s.

The brooch is stamped "14KP TIFFANY&CO".
